For the first time such a shop has opened in Bihar’s Purnia, where Golgappas of different flavors can be tasted. If you also want to eat pani puri of 7 flavors together, then reach near Kalibari Chowk or Kolkata market of Purnia. Here Rahul Kumar sets up a small stall, which is doing well.
Rahul says that earlier he used to run Vaishnav Hotel. When that work got slow, he tried his skill of making golgappas. According to Rahul, ‘I prepared different flavored water with spices. Everyone liked it very much. Since then I have been feeding Golgappas with 7 flavours. He told that he takes 2000 to 3000 pieces of golgappas daily. Golgappas are available at their place for Rs.20 per plate (8 for Rs.20).
Avinash Kumar Mishra, a regular customer of 7 flavor Golgappas, said that he has become a fan of this flavour. According to Mishra, this is the first shop in Purnia, where Jaljeera, Rajabari, Mint and different flavored water golgappas are available, taking special care of cleanliness. Mishra also confirmed that people from far and wide have started arriving here.
Shopkeeper Rahul Kumar Sah said that in 7 types of flavors, the first is Garlic, the second is Hariyali, the third is Rajbari, the fourth is Regular, the fifth is Sweet, the sixth is Jaljeera and the seventh is Pudina. He told that many people take the parcel even after getting it done. There is more crowd at his shop from 6 pm to 9:30 pm. He himself runs two shops in Purnia.
