The process of eating and feeding is going on in Chowpatty for the last 40 years. Shopkeepers are setting up stalls here generation after generation. They sell a lot. You will get so much variety of food here that you will be stunned. Here you can taste North Indian as well as South Indian dishes. Here Chole-Kulche of Punjab, Dosa of Madras, Kulfi, Litti-Chokha of Bihar are all available. Apart from this, all kinds of dishes are available including Aloo Tikki, Chaat, Golgappa, Chowmein, Egg Roll, Chole-Bhatura, Milk Shake, Momo, Bhelpuri, Batatapuri. Every day from 3 pm to 10-11 pm, this Chowpatty remains buzzing with people.

Stall holders Suresh Kumar and Pramod Mahato told that everyday a large number of people reach Chowpatty with their families. The number of people reaching here on weekends and on any special occasion becomes more. Many people also come here to celebrate their birthday, marriage anniversary or any special day. Chowpatty is under Municipal Corporation.

On the other hand, Sonu and Ramesh told that the food in Chowpatty is very tasty and of good quality. The food rates are also reasonable. By the end of the night, there is no place to step foot in the square. Many options of taste are available here. Many options of food including Rajasthani, Punjabi are available at Chowpatty. Chowpatty is a good option for food.
