It is started by Paramjeet Singh of Rajajipuram who runs his restaurant named Dabboo Rich Tadka in D-Block. He tells that some Punjabis are fond of food and some are fond of feeding. Earlier he used to sell normal Kebab Paratha but he started this to give something new to the customers.

Bahubali Kebab Paratha is the only Kebab Paratha in which spicy paneer, chaap and mushroom are mixed in addition to gram dal kebab, which increases its taste many times more. This Kebab Paratha is also a family pack. That means the whole family can eat in one Kebab Paratha.

The owner of this place, Paramjeet Singh, says that he has not yet found its winner. Just one young man had eaten 70 percent of it but he could not even finish it completely. He said that in the Kebab Paratha Challenge, he keeps the plate later, first puts the money in front of the customer and as soon as the customer eats it, he can take the note immediately.
