The special thing is that this shop is famous in the whole city for its excellent taste and adulteration-free litti.

Actually, there is a 40 years old Litti shop located at Bettiah Power House Chowk, where thousands of littis are easily sold every day. Customers say that the litti found here has no break in the whole city. People from every corner of the city come here just to eat litti. Shop owner Deepak told that this work has been going on since his forefathers. According to Deepak, about 75 kg of flour is consumed every day, from which about 2500 littis are made. The shop opens at 7 in the morning, which continues till 9 in the night.

Litti is hygienic with crispy

The owner of the shop, Deepak told that the high quality stuff and the right method of preparation increases the taste of litti many times. According to Deepak, flour is often used to make litti, but here it is prepared with flour. Apart from this, many types of spices and pickles are added to it. Then pure gram sattu is added to it and fried in soybean oil. The special thing is that it is sold at a price of just Rs.8 per litti. To eat which people come from every corner of the city.

Manish, a resident of Ilram Chowk in the city and Rahul, a resident of Kalibagh, say that this shop looks very old and dilapidated, but the litti available here is very soft and crispy. There are hundreds of litti shops in the city, but no one can match this shop located in Power House.
