SOG and Kharela police station have revealed the incident of murder of a student and throwing his body in a pit two and a half years ago in Mahoba district. Four youths had murdered a student because he was close to a girl. To make it look like suicide, the body was thrown into a water-filled pit.
The police have arrested all four accused involved in this incident and sent them to jail. Umesh, son of Prabhudayal Ahirwar, resident of Parthaniya village of Kharela police station, was doing B.El.Ed in a college in Hamirpur district. He was close to a girl. This thing displeased other youths. Umesh went missing on 21 May 2022.
