Ingredients for Stuffed Paneer Mushroom
Mushrooms – 15-20
Grated paneer – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Green chili chopped – 1 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 1/4 cup
Chopped mixed vegetables – 1/2 cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
salt – as per taste

How to Make Stuffed Paneer Mushroom
To make Stuffed Paneer Mushrooms, first take the mushrooms and blanch them by removing the stem behind them. After this, finely chop green chillies, coriander leaves, onions and garlic. Now put butter in a pan and heat it. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and garlic and fry it. Fry the onion on low flame till its color becomes transparent and turns light pink.

After this, add finely chopped green chilies and mixed vegetables (tomatoes, capsicum, peas, corn, etc.) and mix and fry. Now cook the vegetables while stirring on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, mix grated cheese, green coriander, garam masala and salt as per taste and fry it. Keep stirring the mixture from time to time with the help of a ladle. Now add lemon juice and mix it in the stuffing.

Now take mushrooms and keep filling the prepared stuffing in it one by one and keep it aside in a plate. Now take a wide nonstick pan and grease it with butter. After this, keep the stuffed mushrooms frozen in it. Put the lid on top and let the mushrooms cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir them once or twice in between. After this turn off the gas.
