Subhadra Yojana Toll Free Helpline: The Government of India runs many schemes for the citizens of the country. There are different types of schemes for different sections of the society. The government also brings many schemes especially for women to promote women empowerment. Not only the central government but the state governments of different states also bring many schemes for their citizens.
Recently, the Odisha government has started a new scheme for women. The name of this scheme is Subhadra Yojana. Under this, ₹50000 will be given to the women of the state. This scheme will start from the month of September. The Odisha government has now also issued a toll free helpline number for this. Help can be sought by calling on this number. Or any complaint related to the scheme can be made.
What is Subhadra Yojana?
Odisha government has started Subhadra Yojana for women. Under this scheme, women from 21 to 60 years of age will be given benefits. Under this scheme, the government will give ₹10000 to women every year for the next 5 years. Which will be sent to the accounts of women in two installments of five thousand each through direct benefit transfer.
Under this scheme, those women can apply whose family’s annual income is not more than Rs 2.50 lakh. Along with this, to apply, women must come under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS). Only then will they be able to get benefits under the scheme.
Toll free number issued for the scheme
The Odisha government has also issued a helpline related to Subhadra schemes. If anyone faces any problem related to Subhadra scheme, then he can call on toll-free number 14678 and ask for help or register his complaint. This toll-free number will be active from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The scheme will start from September 17
Subhadra Yojana will be launched in Odisha from 17 September. Under this scheme, the government will send installment money to women twice a year, once on the occasion of Rakshabandhan and the second time on the occasion of International Women’s Day. More than one crore poor women will get financial benefits through this government scheme. The state government has also allocated an amount of Rs 55,825 crore for this.
