Divya, originally from Rewari district of Haryana, had secured her place as an IPS by passing the Civil Services Examination in the first attempt without any coaching. Had left her job in London and returned
After completing her engineering degree from IIT Delhi, Divya passed the CAT exam and took admission in IIM Bangalore. After completing her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree, Divya went to London to get a job with a good package. However, after some time he felt that the time had come to fulfill his dream of becoming an IAS. After this she left that job and came back to India. First her husband Gagandeep Singh passed the IAS exam and then Divya also managed to get a place.
