A temperature of 39 degrees was recorded in Khagaria at 11 am on Thursday. According to the Meteorological Department, it is expected to reach 41 degrees Celsius in the afternoon. In such a situation, the breath of the passers-by goes dry. Hot winds are making people miserable. While the temperature is increasing during the day, the night temperature is also spoiling people’s sleep. Can’t sleep due to humidity and restlessness.

The increasing heat day by day is increasing the problems of the people. Due to the scorching heat, it has become difficult for people to come out of their homes. Due to strong sunlight, the air becomes so hot that the risk of heat stroke has increased. In such a situation, the estimates coming from the weather department are not good. The Meteorological Department has expressed hope that the temperature will increase further in the coming days which may reach 42 degrees Celsius. Due to this, people will not get respite from the heat in the coming days.
Doctors advise not to leave home unnecessarily
Doctors say that in this situation people should not go out of the house unnecessarily. If it is necessary to go out, cover your body well and go out with clothes or a towel over your head. City’s well-known physician Dr. SK Pansari said that it is important to keep the body safe in such heat. People should consume as much water as possible. Use a helmet while riding a two-wheeler to protect yourself from heat. If you cover half your face with a handkerchief, the fear of heat stroke is reduced to a great extent.
