Many people’s mouth waters on hearing the name of Veg Biryani. There is no dearth of people who like Veg Biryani. There are many people who are not non-vegetarian. In such a situation, they get delicious taste through veg biryani. Biryani can be prepared and eaten for lunch or dinner on any special occasion. Veg Biryani is full of flavourful food and uses good quality rice. Their efforts have paid off, as their Veg Biryani has become a big hit among customers.

Know the price of biryani
Suraj said that he has been running a stall in the name of Karthik Veg Biryani near Neelam Bata Road, Faridabad for 5 years. Pure vegetarian veg biryani is available here. Nowadays people are liking veg biryani a lot. There is less cost and more profit in this. It takes a lot of time to wake up at 4:00 in the morning and prepare all the goods. Many types of spices and good quality rice are used in this. Every day 100 people come to eat biryani, the rate of biryani is kept at half rupees 30 and full rupees 50. Through this business I am able to earn a living from my family.

Veg Biryani Recipe
To make flavourful veg biryani, first boil the rice. After this, take green vegetables and cut them into pieces. Then chop onion, garlic, green chilli and green coriander finely. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry. When cumin starts crackling, add finely chopped onion and garlic and sauté on low flame for some time. Then add chopped vegetables to it and fry for some time.

Make veg biryani like this
After frying the vegetables for a minute or two, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder and other dry spices and mix well and fry for some more time. Now take out a little of the prepared vegetable mixture in a bowl and keep it aside. Add half the boiled rice in the remaining mixture. Pour the vegetable mixture kept in the bowl over it. Then prepare the layer by adding the remaining rice on top. After the mixture layer is ready, cover the pan and let the biryani cook for 5-7 more minutes. After this, add lemon juice on top, mix it and garnish with green coriander.
