Let us tell you that just as salam, fenugreek, adiya, gum, almonds, dates, coconut and khachru become the favorites of beauties in winter, similarly their mouths water on hearing the name of Amritpak. It contains fruit seeds and dry fruits rich in nutrients. It is believed that if it is eaten for two-two and a half months of winter, its benefits are available throughout the year.
Easy recipe of Amritpak
Roasting Dry Fruits: First of all, fry almonds, walnuts and pistachios in Jam Khambhalia ghee till they turn light brown.
Mixing seeds: Then add sunflower, pumpkin and watermelon seeds in it and fry for some time.
Fruit Tadka: Roast dates, figs, red and black grapes, and coconut. Then add pre-roasted seeds and dry fruits to it. Use honey to make it sugar-free.
Uses of Mawa and Sesame: Prepare masala with mawa. Add cow’s milk mawa, white and black sesame seeds and fry continuously. After this, add saffron milk in it, whose aroma indicates its cooking.
Herbs: To make it more healthy, herbs like Ashwagandha, Shilajit and Mulathi are added.
Benefits of Amritpak
This Amritpak is rich in honey and dry fruits and can be called sugar-free as it does not use any kind of artificial sugar. It can be easily stored for 10 days at room temperature and 20 days in the refrigerator.
