Surya Saptami Puja Vidhi
On the day of Surya Saptami, wake up early in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and at sunrise take a bath while meditating on Lord Surya by keeping 7 berries on Aak leaf.
Chant Om Martandaya Namah mantra while taking bath. Then wear red clothes.
Put sesame seeds, jaggery, red flowers in the water of the Ganges in a copper pot and offer Arghya to Lord Bhaskar while chanting Om Adityaya Namah Mantra.
Sprinkle some water around you and then circumambulate three times at the same place.
Worship Lord Surya with Kumkum, Red Sandalwood, Laugh flower, and then offer Kheer and Malpua to him.
