Mumbai News: The case of the death of Disha Salian, manager of the late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, is once again in the discussions. Disha’s father Satish Salian has filed a petition in the Bombay High Court, in which he has made serious allegations against Shiv Sena UBT MLA Aditya Thackeray. Meanwhile, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has claimed that he was saying from day one that it is a murder and it should be investigated.
In fact, Disha’s father Satish Salian has made serious allegations against former Maharashtra minister and UBT Shiv Sena MLA Aditya Thackeray, former Mayor Kishori Pednekar and others. Satish Salian has demanded from the court that a case should be registered against Aditya Thackeray and others under sections 376 (D), 302, 201, 218, 409, 166, 107, 109, 120 (B) and 34 of IPC. Along with this, he has also demanded to hand over the investigation of the case to the CBI.
Security of Satish Salian’s house increased
Police arrangements have been increased outside Satish Salian’s house after filing a petition in the court. Police has been deployed outside the building to avoid any untoward incident. Satish Salian has refused to talk to the media and requested the police not to disturb them. He said that I am not in the condition that I can talk.
Nitesh Rane attacked
At the same time, BJP MLA Nitesh Rane has attacked Aditya Thackeray on this whole matter. He said, “I was saying from day one that it is a murder and should be investigated. It should also be investigated by Aditya Thackeray’s role. From the very first day I had demanded an inquiry into the names of those people, whose name has now been taken by Satish Salian in his petition. Now it is clear what steps were taken by the police to save Aditya Thackeray.”
‘Presses were poured during investigation’
Nitesh Rane further said that now it will be revealed what kind of pressure was put during the investigation. He alleged that Disha Salian’s father has filed a petition by alleging gang rape and murder, which further enhances the seriousness of the case. In this case, there can now be a hearing in the court and this issue can also arise in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly. The mystery of Disha Salian’s death seems to be getting entangled again, and the difficulties for Aditya Thackeray seem to be increasing.
