The medical report of Aam Aadmi Party MP Swati Maliwal shows injury marks on her left leg and right cheek. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal aide Bibhav Kumar had allegedly attacked Swati Maliwal. Swati had lodged an FIR against Bibhav Kumar regarding the matter, after which this matter came to light.
Delhi Police conducted the medical test of the victim Swati Maliwal on Friday morning. It is being told that his medical examination lasted for three hours. The medical examination report revealed internal injuries on his face. His computed tomography scan was also done.
Swati mentioned beating in FIR
In the FIR lodged by Swati Maliwal, it was said that Bibhav Kumar kicked her several times and slapped her about seven-eight times. Even when Swati started shouting for help, Bibhav did not stop. Alleged that Bibhav attacked her with kicks on her chest, stomach and lower parts of the body. On Swati’s complaint, Delhi Police had registered an FIR on Thursday, in which they had made Bibhav Kumar an accused.
‘I am menstruating’
Swati said in the FIR, ‘I told him repeatedly that I was going through menstruation. Please let me go. But did not let go. Then I sat there. I went to the sofa in the drawing room and picked up my spectacles which had fallen on the ground during the attack. After this he called 112 and informed the police.
