Noida Hit and Run Case: A delivery agent died in a hit and run case on Sunday in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. A car hit his two-wheeler and dragged him for about 500 metres.
Police said that Kaushal, who worked in Swiggy, had gone out for food delivery on New Year’s night. He was hit by a car near a flyover in Noida Sector 14.

Eyewitnesses say that the driver stopped the car near a temple about 500 meters away from the accident site. Kaushal’s body was trapped in the car. after he exited. The car driver had fled. Kaushal was a resident of Etawah. His age is said to be around 24 years.

When Kaushal’s brother Amit called at one o’clock on Sunday night, a person passing by the accident site attended the call. He had informed about the accident. Police officials said that a case has been registered on the basis of Amit’s complaint and investigation is on. A police officer said, “We are scanning CCTV cameras installed in the area to trace the accused.”

A girl named Anjali was hit by a car and she was dragged under the car for about 12-13 km, due to which she died. Anjali’s post-mortem report was prepared by a three-member medical board. The five accused in the accident have told the police that they were under the influence of alcohol. The accident took place in Sultanpuri, Delhi at around 2 pm on Sunday night.
