Difficulty in relief work due to insurgents
Fighting with rebels in Syria has made it difficult to clear debris and deliver aid. In the area of Aleppo where the ABP team reached, there were no food packets or relief material to help the earthquake victims. In such a situation, people are seen struggling to save their lives. However, international organizations are trying to make way for humanitarian relief even here.
More than 46 thousand people have lost their lives in Turkey and Syria. In Syria alone, more than 5800 people died and thousands of people became homeless.
