Her first film was a flop but she became a star?
Farah got her first break from Yash Chopra’s film ‘Faasle’. Actors like Sunil Dutt and Rohan Kapoor were with her in the film. The film did not do well at the box office. Coactor Chunky Pandey was slapped in anger
According to reports, Farah had slapped Chunky Pandey during the shooting of ‘Kasam Vardi Ki’ with Chunky Pandey. Farah slapped Chunky Pandey because she got angry over some joke of Chunky Pandey. Farah did not leave even Anil Kapoor
Farah also had a dispute with Anil Kapoor after the Chunky Pandey incident. In the year 1989, she was seen in ‘Rakhwala’ with Anil Kapoor. The film could not do anything special. But still Farah became the reason for bringing this film into discussion. Actually, Anil Kapoor wanted to cast Madhuri Dixit in the film, but when Farah came to know about this, she threatened both Madhuri and Anil. According to media reports, Farah had also publicly threatened to beat Anil Kapoor. He also scolded Madhuri Dixit, due to which she did not become a part of the film.
Farah is away from the glamor world
The initial phase of Farah’s film career was such that even the stardom of actresses like Karisma Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit paled in front of her. But, by 1996, his films became less. She was last seen in the 2004 multi-starrer film ‘Hulchal’ and 2006’s ‘Shikhar’. However, even after this, she appeared in a few films, but Hulchul and Shikhar were her films in which she had decent screen time.
Farah married Bindu Dara Singh, son of Dara Singh. The marriage lasted only 6 years. After this Farah married Sunil Sehgal in 2003. At present she is away from the industry and is devoting her time to her family.
