According to media reports, Amit Bhatt used to smoke a lot of bidi in the beginning and he has been a chain smoker. It is said that he is good friends with Dilip Joshi and used to abuse a lot along with joking. His anger is very much liked in the show Taarak Mehta. People applaud the way he gets angry.
