Akash told that to make chicken, first of all arrange all the ingredients used in it. This will save cooking time. He told that in bachelor life, he feels more like eating non-veg, because you live alone. So let’s think of making some non-veg food so that the food for both the times can be prepared at the same time. After gathering the ingredients, take a medium sized chicken. Wash it thoroughly and clean it. Cut the onion into fine pieces in proportion to the chicken. After that, clean the garlic. Many types of spices are used in making chicken like turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garlic-ginger paste. Garam masala and chicken masala are essential for taste.

After depositing all the cooking ingredients, heat mustard oil in a pan on the gas. Then put dry red chillies along with one or two bay leaves in it. After this, add finely chopped onions. Let it fry for a while. After the onion turns golden color, put the chicken in the pan. Then after frying for some time, put turmeric and all the spices in it. After this add garam masala. After frying well, add salt to the chicken as per taste.

When the chicken is cooked properly, add water according to the gravy you want to keep. Then cover the pan from above so that its steam does not come out. Keep checking the chicken in between. When you feel that it is cooked, put chicken masala in it some time before taking it off the gas. You can garnish with coriander leaves from above. In this way, tasty and hot chicken curry will be ready.
