Taste of Lucknow: Maharashtra’s desi ice cream is prepared from vegetables in Chatori Gali of Lucknow

People coming from far away definitely taste the flavors and dishes here, but these days the people of Lucknow have developed a taste for a desi ice cream from Maharashtra, which is called Natural Fruit Ice Cream.

Vishnu Kumar Nishad has brought it to Lucknow who saw it being made in Maharashtra. Learned it and now feeding it to the people of Lucknow. This ice cream is available for people to eat from 6 pm to 9 pm in Chatori Gali near 1090 intersection of Lucknow. The cost of an ice cream ranges from Rs.80 to Rs.100.

This ice cream is made from vegetables

This ice cream is made from indigenous fruits and vegetables. This is the reason why people are liking this ice cream a lot. By eating this ice cream, people are getting health as well as taste. This is the reason why people generally forbid their children to eat ice cream. But especially they bring their children to this ice cream.

Vishnu Kumar Nishad told that he had seen it being made in Mumbai. Then when he brought it to Lucknow, he set up only one stall, but people liked this ice cream so much that today he has three shops in Lucknow and only three have a good number of customers.

To make this ice cream, first of all take a big drum. Let’s fill the ice inside it. After this, color is added to it and it is closed by pasting it with flour. Then that drum is kept on top. Handles are placed inside it through which it is rotated. After cleaning this drum properly, a layer of different flavors is put on it. When this layer becomes hard after drying, it is taken out in a bowl with the help of a spoon and given to the customer.

Vishnu Nishad told that he has 13 flavors in which he has chocolate, mix fruit, mix vegetable, mango and strawberry along with many other flavors.
