The method of making Gethi vegetable is a little different and traditional. It is first softened by boiling it in hot water. After this it is cooked with mountain spices. The real taste of this vegetable comes when non-intoxicating hemp seed juice is added to it. This juice provides a unique taste and thickness to the vegetable. Due to which the taste of vegetables increases four times.
