Keeping this in mind, in the year 2017 he studied at Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata. After that, he has served as a safe in many prestigious hotels like Aparupa Sand Marina Hotel Andaman Nicobar.

The most demanded item at his stall is French fries. Customers come from far and wide to eat it. Every day 100 to 110 plates of French fries are consumed at the stall. The price of a plate of French Franchise here is Rs 60. In which the customer is given a plate of 500 grams of French franchise and half a plate of 250 grams of fries is given for Rs 30. Regarding the recipe of French fries, Rahul said that first of all big sized potatoes are bought from the market. Then it is peeled well and cut into long pieces of potato through a cutter. Then salt and various spices are added to it, mixed well and finally it is prepared by frying it in hot oil. It is served to its customers with Schezwan sauce and mayonnaise. Rahul told that his shop operates daily from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
