Tasty North Indian Breakfast Recipes For Weight Loss


North Indian Breakfast: Are you looking to lose weight but don’t want to give up your favorite North Indian food? Well you don’t need to. Moong Dal Chilla

Ingredients to make:-
200 grams moong dal
1 tsp capsicum
1 tsp Cabbage
1/2 tsp onion
salt to taste
olive oil

How to make Moong Dal Chilla

Soak moong dal overnight and then grind it with some salt to make a smooth batter. Heat a griddle and add some olive oil. Spread some batter over it. Add all the chopped vegetables. Turn over and cook from the other side as well. Now serve it hot.

Cauliflower Paratha

ingredients to make
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp ghee
2 cups cauliflower
2 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp green chili
1 tsp salt

How to make Cabbage Paratha

Knead the dough with the help of water. Grate the cabbage with a grater, stuff it with green coriander, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chilies and salt as per taste. Now break the dough into small pieces and make round balls. Flatten the ball slightly and hold it in your palm. Place some cabbage mixture in the center and fold the edges inwards to pack the stuffing. Roll this stuffed ball like a parantha and keep it on a hot griddle. Cook from both the sides. Use at least ghee in the last. Now serve hot.

Masala Omelet

ingredients to make
4 eggs
2 green chilies
4 tbsp capsicum
salt as needed
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp virgin olive oil
4 tbsp onion
2 tbsp milk
4 tbsp tomato
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 sprigs coriander leaves

How to make Masala Omelet

Beat the egg well and add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped capsicum, salt, turmeric powder, finely chopped onions, milk, finely chopped tomatoes, black pepper and finely chopped coriander leaves. Whisk well. Heat the pan, sprinkle oil and add the egg mixture. Cook from both the sides. Masala omelette is ready. Now serve it hot.
