But amid some happy moments, news is coming out that a cyclone named Hurricane Beryl is knocking on the southeast coast of the Caribbean Islands. Air travel has been affected due to bad weather and continuous rain. Meanwhile, news has come out that the Indian team is also currently stuck in Barbados. Barbados is the same place where the final of T20 World Cup 2024 was played between India and South Africa.
At present, it is being told that strong winds are blowing in Barbados. Although the rain has stopped there for the time being, but the sky is cloudy. Team India as well as many media people are still stranded there. As soon as the situation becomes normal after the passage of Beryl cyclone, air travel will be resumed. Barbados could be in trouble
An alert has been issued on the Caribbean islands due to the storm and as the storm approaches, the wind speed can go up to 130 miles per hour. Along with the winds, fierce waves are also expected in the sea. According to the Meteorological Department, the storm can cause the most devastation in Barbados, Dominica and Grenada and an alert has been issued in other places as well. Curfew has been imposed in Barbados from 6 pm and this situation may remain till the next notice is issued. In such a situation, it is possible for Team India to return home only after the situation improves.
