Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav reached Jhanjharpur in Madhubani district, where he was given a guard of honour. He then unveiled the statue of former MP late Professor Ramdev Bhandari. Then he paid tribute to Ramnarayan Mandal on his fourth death anniversary. According to the customs of Mithila, he was honored with Paag Dupatta. During this, while addressing the gathering, he told about the personality and work of Professor Ramdev Bhandari.
Yadav said that when he (Ramdev Bhandari) was an MP, we did not even have proper teeth in our mouth. He was a Rajya Sabha MP for 16 years. He was known as the main worker of RJD. He was very close to our father. Along with this, Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi also fiercely targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
‘Railways, cells… everything has been sold’
The Deputy Chief Minister said that Modi ji only gives speeches and what work has he done. Railways, cells… everything has been sold. He had talked about giving Rs 15 lakh to the account of the poor. Had talked about bringing black money, but could not bring anything. People like Lalit Modi and Nirav Modi looted banks and went abroad and what did the watchman do, he just kept doing watchmanship.
‘Our fight is a fight of issues’
Tejashwi said, what harm are we doing if we ask this question? Hatred is being created among the people. That’s why when they see green color people say that we are spreading hatred. We talk about issues. Our fight is neither with Modi ji nor with Amit Shah ji. Our fight is a fight of issues. We talk on issues, when people ask questions on issues they say that they are doing it wrong.
‘Lord Ram does not need Modi ji’
Tejashwi said that a temple of Lord Ram is being built in Ayodhya, thousands of crores of rupees are being spent. Even Modi ji has been described as greater than Ram ji. Lord Ram does not need Modi ji, he is God. Thousands of crores of rupees are being spent in Ayodhya. With that money the poor could be given medicine (hospital) and employment. He said that the JDU government of the state has done the work of providing jobs to 1.25 lakh people in a day. Again around two lakh jobs are being given to teachers. About one and a half lakh jobs are being given in the health department. So much development is being done.
