But the reality of the education department is not hidden from anyone. Leave alone the teachers, even the department officials do not realize that they work in a department on which the future of children depends. They make such mistakes which cannot even be expected. A similar act has been done by the Jamui education department. After this, the education department is being criticized a lot and people are also making various comments about it on social media.

I don’t know the difference between bed and bad
It is worth noting that the District Education Department is continuously inspecting these days. After every day’s inspection, a letter is issued by the District Education Officer. Regarding this, on May 22, the District Education Officer issued a letter and action was taken against 16 teachers of the district. In which there were three teachers who were found absent from the school during inspection. Whereas the District Education Officer had given instructions to take action against 13 teachers for their poor performance.

After the inspection, an office order was issued by the District Education Officer on 22 May 2024, Office Memorandum No. 3755, regarding action against 16 teachers. In which the District Education Officer had directed to deduct the salary of the date of inspection against the education servants on the basis of absence from inspection work under the district on 22 May and bad performance. But in this letter of the District Education Officer, Bad has been written as Bed and this mistake has been repeated not in one or two places, but 14 times in one letter.

This mistake was continuously made by the department
The mistake made in the letter issued on 22 May was not the first error by the education department, but such mistakes have been made by the department before this as well. Let us tell you that in the letter issued regarding the inspection of the office of the District Education Officer, letter no. 3738, dated 20 May 2024 and letter no. 3742 dated 21 May 2024, Bad performance was written as Bed performance. After this, on May 22, in the letter no. 3755 issued from the office of the Education Department, the letter was issued only by copying and pasting, due to which a similar mistake remained here as well.

However, now a correction letter has been issued in this matter by District Education Officer Rajesh Kumar. This letter has been issued from the office of District Education Officer Rajesh Kumar under Memorandum No. 3758. In which it is written that the salary of the education servants was deducted on May 20, May 21 and May 22. In which due to typing mistake, ‘Bad Performance’ was written instead of ‘Bad Performance’.
