Aditya Kumar / Noida, If you are a fan of snacks, then you must try Batata Vada at Sheroes Cafe in Noida Stadium. People come from far and wide to eat the Batata Vada made in this cafe. This snack stuffed with potatoes and spices is quick to make and tastes great too.
Sheroes Cafe runs in Noida Stadium, Noida Sector 21A. People often come here to sit and spend the evening. Batata Vada is available here, which people like a lot. Not only it is made quickly, but it is also unmatched in taste. Chef Ajay Gupta of Sheroes Cafe says that first we boil the potatoes, then mash them and put them in gram flour solution. After this, heat oil in a pan and deep fry the batata vadas in it. We take care not to use too much oil. We use celery, turmeric in spices. It is mixed in potatoes only.
Ajay tells that in 10-15 minutes the Batata Vada is ready. Two potatoes make 12 Batata Vadas. Three people can taste Batata Vada as a snack with sips of tea.
Can be made at home or can be tasted in a cafe
Ajay tells that it is easy to make Batata Vada at home as well. If you want to come here and eat it, you can do that too. Our cafe is open here from seven in the morning till nine in the night. Right now we do not provide online delivery, so people come here to test it.
Rajan Verma, who comes to the gym every evening in the stadium, says that whenever I come here, I definitely order Batata Vada. There is not much spice in it, so it is good for health. Its cost is also not much. Eight pieces of Batata Vada are available for Rs.120. Which two people can comfortably take as snacks.
