The passenger was in an inebriated condition and kissed the mail attendant on his neck despite his refusal. The accused passenger was 61 years old. And was traveling in first class.

The case pertains to a Delta Airline plane that was going to Alaska, at that time the accused passenger not only kissed the mail flight attendant on the neck, but also accused him of breaking the captain’s food tray. The name of the accused passenger is David Alan Burke, whose age is 61 years.

The accused passenger had asked for a pre-departure drink from the attendant. Which was served to him later on the flight take off. But when the attendant went back, David followed him and stopped him and shook hands. Said in praise of her that ‘you are very beautiful’. Then expressed his desire to kiss her. On refusing, he said just let him do it on the neck and as soon as he said this, David held the flight attendant tightly and forcibly kissed him on the neck. As soon as the pilot came to know about the matter, he contacted the airport and told the whole incident. And when the FBI team arrived for investigation, the accused David replied that ‘I don’t remember anything, I fell asleep after drinking wine’. This whole matter has not been settled yet, its investigation is going on.
