This Rasgulla is prepared and sold by curdling the milk of a local cow and mixing it with Chhena. This Rasgulla tastes very tasty and soft. Along with this, people eat it with great enthusiasm. People come from far and wide to buy it. To prepare this Rasgulla, special artisans come from Bankura district of Bengal.
Giving information to Local 18, the manager of the shop, Manohar, said that this shop is famous by the name of Shri Gauri Shankar Mishthan Bhandar in Sakchi main market of Jamshedpur. Not only from today but for the last 80 years, he has been making people crazy about him.
Saffron bhog is special
A total of four types of sweets are made in the shop which are small rasgulla (12 rupees a piece), Rajbhog (15 rupees a piece), jaggery rasgulla (15 rupees a piece) and which is everyone’s favorite and the king of the shop. Kesar Bhog which costs Rs 25 a piece. To make Kesar Bhog, pure milk is brought from the dairy and prepared by tearing it. After that it is prepared by dipping it with sugar syrup and saffron. Apart from this, there is a special demand for saffron bhog during festivals. Vijay Singh, who came to eat sweets, said that he has been coming to this shop for the last many years and his entire family likes the saffron bhog here because it is very popular to eat saffron bhog. After all, it seems that today I have eaten sweets after a long time.
