Ingredients to make Tinde ka Bharta (How to make Tinde ka Bharta)
To make Bharta, first clean the tindas with water and apply light oil on it. Now we will roast it by placing it on the gas stove. If you have a roasting grate, place it over it so that the gas burner does not get dirty. Roast it by turning it again and again. When it is cooked, turn off the gas. Cover all the tindas in the bowl. Keep water in a bowl. Dip the tindas in water and peel off the black peel from the burnt tindas. Now put oil in the pan and heat it. Add asafoetida, red whole chilli, cumin, garlic, onion, ginger, green chilli and fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Now cut the tindas into chops i.e. small pieces with the help of a knife. Do not crush. Now add tomatoes, salt and cloves to the onion ingredients and mix well. Now fry it well. Cover and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Now you will see that the tinda will be cooked. Now add whole Kasuri fenugreek, chopped coriander and mix it. Delicious and nutritious tinda bharta is ready.
