Ravindra Kumar/Jhunjhunu. Maharaja Chaat Bhandar of Gudhagodji is a place which is known for its delicious samosas. There is a crowd of people eating samosas here all the time. The samosas here are always hot and the taste of kadhi along with them is also amazing. Rajesh Kumar Saini, who lives at Chaat Bhandar, says that his old branch is in Udaipurwati and he has been making samosas in Gudha for the last seven-eight years.

Giving information about the specialty of samosas, he said that Maharaja Chaat Bhandar is known for its delicious samosas. The samosas here are fresh and tasty as well as nutritious. He told that our shop opens at 10 o’clock. We make samosas in a special way. In making samosas, samosas are made by adding peas, Taj green chilli procured from the market, coriander and good quality garam masala and coriander powder. Apart from samosas, coriander-spinach chutney, tamarind chutney, gram curry, sweet curd are also made. When all these are given to eat with samosas, then the taste of samosas gets enhanced.

1000 pieces are sold every day
At this Chaat Bhandar, people get to eat items like Samosas, Kachori, Dahi Vada, Hot Jalebi etc. Giving information about the rates, Rajesh said that a plain samosa is sold for Rs 10 and a plate for Rs 20. While serving in a plate, gram vegetable, tamarind chutney, sweet curd and green chutney are mixed and added to the samosa. Which doubles the taste of samosas. About 800 to 1000 pieces of samosas are produced in a day.
