To make Tabarak Roti, flour, milk, fennel, coconut powder, and dry fruits like cashews and almonds are used. These ingredients are mixed and kneaded in a special way and then it is baked on low flame. After baking, this roti becomes light golden and crispy. The demand for Tabarak roti increases on special occasions. The owner of the bakery in Guiya Pond area says that people buy 10 to 20 kg of it. Its specialty is that it remains fresh for a long time and its taste remains intact for days.
