Zawya News claims that this document states that to buy liquor, customers will have to register through a mobile app and obtain a clearance code from the Ministry of External Affairs. However, customers will be able to purchase liquor in limited quantities.

According to the document, customers will be able to purchase liquor only as per the monthly quota. The Saudi government has taken this step under a comprehensive plan called Vision 2030. Store will be opened in Diplomatic Quarter
