On the occasion of the 74th Republic Day of the nation, Bihar Governor Fagu Chauhan wished all the people of Bihar while hoisting the flag at Gandhi Maidan. At the same time, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also hoisted the flag at his residence. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was also present there on the occasion of flag hoisting at Gandhi Maidan. Inaugurating the program with flag hoisting, Governor Fagu Chauhan inspected the parade. Tableaux of about a dozen government departments of Bihar government were also displayed on this occasion. On this occasion, the Governor first congratulated the people of the state on this occasion and gave a message of mutual brotherhood. He said that on this day in the year 1960, our country was established as a glorious sovereign democratic republic and the foundation of governance based on parliamentary system was laid. He said that the state government has always laid emphasis on development with good governance and justice and the government is determined for the development of all regions and classes. He said that for the last three years the whole world including India has been affected by the Corona epidemic. In this hour of crisis, the state government stood by the people and provided all possible help to the people. He said that the investigation of Kovid-19 is still going on continuously in Bihar and at present there is not a single corona case. The Governor said that in order to realize the vision of a developed Bihar, some new resolutions have been taken under Saat Nishchay-2 and the implementation of schemes under this has started. He said that electricity has been provided to every house. Most of the works of tap water, concrete road and drain, toilet construction and tola connectivity have been completed till every house. The remaining works in some areas are being completed at a fast pace. He said that the government is ready to provide government jobs to the youth of the state. For this, 28000 appointment letters have been given to the youth in various departments of Bihar Government. Along with this, he also said that work is being done by the Bihar government to empower women. He said that so far 10 lakh 42 thousand self-help groups have been formed in the state. In this context, more than 1 crore women have been included in Jeevika Didis. Regarding the development happening in Bihar, he said that work of bypass and bridges is going on in many districts. After every household water tap, now Ganga water has been delivered to every household in Rajgir and Gaya under the Ganga Water Supply Scheme. Along with this, he said in relation to eco-tourism that the government is moving forward with regard to eco-tourism and is also working on this path.
