Sweet and sour jalebi is prepared at our shop for the last 20 years. This shop’s jalebi is special. You will get sourness in taste along with sweetness. Due to which people like it a lot.

Every morning hot and sweet jalebi is prepared here. That is why this jalebi is also named khatmithiya jalebi. Every day the shop is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Jalebi is available in the shop till that time. Whenever any guest comes to someone’s house, they definitely take this jalebi.
What is the recipe of this jalebi
The shopkeeper says that there is no special recipe to prepare this sweet and sour jalebi. Just make a solution of flour and baking soda and keep it for a day to become sour. Next day, the jalebi solution is prepared well by adding good quality color. Special care is taken of purity in this shop. One oil is used only once. Along with this, good quality sugar is used for syrup. The size of jalebi here is a little small. However, this jalebi is not sold by the piece but by the kilo. Here the price of one kilo jalebi is kept at Rs 100.

The specialty of this shop is that the sweet and sour jalebi prepared here is prepared only in this shop in the entire Deoghar district. For the last 20 years, people have been liking the jalebi and samosas of this shop. This jalebi is sold as breakfast on 15th August, 26th January, or in any government program.
