Bhopal. There is a shop in Piplani area of Bhopal, which started as a small stall and today has become the favorite South Indian food shop of the people of Bhopal. The foodies of Bhopal supported him in this journey, thanks to whose love he has now set up his own big shop after almost 22 years.
Talking to Local 18, Rani, the owner of the shop, said that I had come to live in Bhopal from Tamil Nadu 23 years ago with my family. Here we first started selling idli, dosa and sambar from a cart. People liked this South Indian taste very much and gradually we came to the shop from the cart.
the whole family works together
Rani tells that her husband, son and daughter-in-law work together in this work. He prepares thousands of idlis and dosas every day. She starts this right from the morning and prepares the batter for idli and dosa and gives it to the vendors.
Gas remains on for 12 hours
Rani told that the gas remains on for 12 hours at our place, on which various types of idlis, from masala dosa and rava dosa, are prepared throughout the day. While another queen’s husband prepares sambar, she herself prepares idli and vada.
