This unique shop is still running in the same form as it was started 70 years ago. The special thing about this shop is that Kachori Samosa is available here at 7 in the morning. Which is made throughout the year.
The samosas here are famous by the name of Busya Halwai.
This shop was built when Jaipur was settled, after a few years, Busya Confectioner started making Kachori Samosas in this small shop, since then till today, Samosas and Kachoris are being made here every day. Local people here say that Busya Confectioner had the amazing skill of making Kachori Samosas, Kachori of such taste was not made anywhere in Jaipur.
That is why even today people come here from far and wide to get Kachori Samosa, when this shop was started. Till now the price of Kachori Samosa was 50 paise but now here Kachori Samosas are available for 10 rupees. There is no decoration of any kind in this shop. Kachori Samosas are prepared normally and people buy them hot. It seems like Kachori Samosas are being prepared here throughout the day.
Special chutney made from mint and curd
Buchya Halwai’s Kachori is a unique chutney served with samosas for which people come here the most. Here a kind of special chutney is given with Kachori Samosa, which is prepared from mint, coriander and curd which is prepared from a secret recipe. The taste of this unique chutney is amazing, which enhances the taste of Kachori Samosa. Apart from Kachori Samosas, Chilli Bada, Bhujia and Namkeen are also prepared in Busya Confectionery Shop. Whose demand is highest during festival and wedding season.
