All of them were abandoned by the owner of the mansion in 2016 because he had to make mortgage payments of Rs 5 crore every month, which he was not able to do.

This mansion with 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms has four more buildings which are incomplete. Inside there are many luxury cars including Volkswagen Bug and Mercedes Benz. On searching, it was found that this house is built in 27,000 square feet, which was built by a doctor. When the mansion was ready, the doctor went to live with his family. But just six months later, he and his 15-year-old son died in a plane crash. He has left behind his wife and three children. At the time of his death, there was an outstanding of Rs 83 crore on the mansion. The wife was not able to repay it, hence the bank confiscated the property after three months. However, when it was 90 percent ready, the bank abandoned it. Because it was found that it was causing harm to him.
