The man’s friend got an iPhone from the company, but it did not have a camera, people were shocked to know the reason, a debate broke out!

Can a premium phone like the iPhone be without a phone? If you think this is not possible, then this news is for you. A person has made this shocking claim on social media. Along with his claim, he has shared pictures of an iPhone which shows an iPhone that actually does not have a camera. These pictures are being discussed a lot and have given birth to a new debate.

A photo of the strange device was shared online, with the anonymous user showing its smooth black back without a camera, writing, “My friend was given a camera-less iPhone who works at a nuclear plant. No cameras allowed.”

Some users did raise the question whether phones without cameras are banned in nuclear power plants. But most users could not believe this strange looking phone. The post led to a debate on whether such phones even exist. Two years ago, a person told on Reddit that he had seen another camera-less iPhone for sale in a store. Even though it would seem that Apple does not publicly sell devices that look like this.

So, where do they come from? According to Mirror, it was revealed that Singapore-based firm Noncam is one of the companies that sells camera-less devices and conversion kits. It ships these products all over the world and also provides services to security organisations.

On its site, a spokesperson explains, “Like you, we are one of a group of people who work in places where we can’t use our iPhones. “One day – one of us decided we were tired of this nonsense, and called every factory in China we knew that made iPhone 4 parts.”

The interesting thing is that on Apple’s official forum, the answer to this question is that Apple does not make phones without cameras, but the camera can definitely be turned off in the settings.
