This paratha stall is set up outside Gate No. 6 of Safdarjung Hospital in South Delhi during the night. Dev, the operator of this stall, while talking to the team of Local 18, told that he has been making and feeding people parathas for 19 years. The price of parathas starts from very low prices at this stall. Here you will get to eat paratha, chutney and pickle for ₹ 20. He said that many varieties of parathas are available here. Like Aloo Paratha, Onion Paratha, Paneer Paratha, Gobi Paratha. Apart from this, egg paratha is also sold in non-veg here. But, non-veg paratha is closed during Navratri.
How did Flying Paratha get its name?
Dev told that ever since he opened the stall. From then onwards the paratha is cooked by blowing it. Because of this, seeing his unique style, people started calling him Flying Paratha Wala. After this, his name Flying Paratha Wala has become popular all over Delhi.

This stall remains open from 9:00 pm to 12:30 am. Talking about location, to reach here you will have to come to the nearest metro station AIIMS.
