Have been setting up stalls for three years
Stall operator Suresh told Local 18 that he is originally from Lubin village in Nepal. He has been working in the fast food business for the past 15 years. Before this, he used to work in a hotel in Haryana. But now for the last three years, he has been successfully running a fast food stall in Bokaro along with his relative. Various fast food items like chowmein, roll, Manchurian are being sold at the stall.

Suresh told that the price of a full plate of chowmein is 60 rupees. Whereas the price of half plate chowmein is 30 rupees. Here customers get to see a wonderful combination of the taste of Nepali chutney with Chinese chowmein. Which doubles the taste of chowmein. Due to this chutney, there is a good crowd at his shop.
This is how to make tasty chowmein
Talking about the process of making chowmein, Suresh said that first of all the vegetables are fried well. Then chowmein is added to it. After this, vinegar, soy sauce and spices are mixed and cooked well. To prepare Nepali chutney, black sesame seeds, red chillies, garlic and other spices are ground well in a mixer, which makes it spicy and tasty. Apart from this, customers can also enjoy rolls for 30 rupees and full plate Manchurian for 80 rupees at his stall.
This many plates are consumed daily
Suresh told that 100 to 150 plates of chowmein are consumed daily at this stall. He operates his shop from 4 pm to 8 pm. Ayush, a customer who came to eat chowmein at the stall, said that the taste of chowmein here is very good. He often comes here to eat chowmein.
