There was chaos in the Fatahan locality of Kotwali area of the city in the morning when a giant python swallowed the jackal alive in the bush. There was a commotion in the area. The people present there made a video of it. This is going viral now. The people of the locality informed the forest department team. The video of this incident went viral as soon as it appeared on social media. There is an atmosphere of fear in Fatahan area after the incident. There is a fear of python among the local people. The Forest Department assured the people that the python will soon be released back into the forest.
The python was sitting in the bushes
Shankar Valmiki, a resident of Fatahan locality, told that the python was hiding in the nearby bushes, when suddenly a jackal reached there. As soon as the jackal, who had strayed from the forest, took shelter in the bushes, the python pounced on him and took him into its clutches. This unexpected incident stunned everyone present at the spot.
The python will be released into the wild
Divisional Forest Officer Arvind Raj Mishra said that as soon as information about the incident was received, the Forest Department team was sent to the spot. The python will be caught and released safely into the forest, so that it cannot harm any other creature or human being.
