This is how Peda is made
Shopkeeper Vinay Kumar told that this shop of ours is ancestral and we prepare this Peda by making our own khova from milk. He told that along with sugar, tie, cardamom, chiroji, we also add some things prepared by ourselves and the khoya prepared from milk, we knead it well and after kneading it, it is shaped into a round shape. We prepare Peda by making it round.
Peda is sold for Rs 500 per kg
Giving further information, the shopkeeper said that we sell this peda for Rs 500 per kg. The taste of the peda made here is so wonderful that people come from far and wide and take it with them to their homes. He says that not only the people of the country but also the people of foreign countries like this Peda a lot. Along with the shop, this peda is also known as Panna Peda.
