Firozabad / patient Rajput: Baba’s bread pakora shop on Firozabad’s Jalesar Road has been famous for twenty years. People come here from far and wide to eat bread pakoras. People also get them packed and take them to Agra and Delhi. The taste of these bread pakoras is completely different. Paneer is also mixed with bread in it. Their price ranges from twenty rupees to forty rupees.
Anshul Thakur, who runs a Baba Samosa and Bread Pakora shop on Firozabad’s Jalesar Road, while talking to Local 18 said that bread pakoras are being made and sold at his shop for the last twenty years. Earlier, their price used to be 7 rupees. But, the price has changed with time. He further said that the bread pakoras prepared at his shop are fried in pure oil.
Bread Pakora Recipe
To make it, first potatoes are boiled and then chillies and homemade spices are added to it. Apart from this, potato paste is applied on bread and paneer is chopped and placed in it. Then it is dipped in gram flour and fried in oil. After this, bread pakora is ready. It is very tasty to eat.
Full size bread pakora for 40 rupees
The shopkeeper said that the paneer bread pakora available with him is prepared in full size, which costs forty rupees. Half bread pakora is sold for twenty rupees. Bread pakoras are available from two o’clock in the afternoon to eight o’clock in the night. Along with this, a huge crowd of people is seen eating it in the evening. Due to this, the shopkeeper easily earns fifty thousand rupees a month.
