The special thing is that this Peda, which is made on low flame of wood, has made a different identity in Thailand and Arab countries including Bihar for its excellent taste.

For 20 years people are being fed pure peda
Shopkeeper Nitesh Kumar Singh told that for the last 20 years he has been selling peda near Aamdhari Dhala in Ekma. The taste of Peda made here is so great that it is in demand among the local people as well as abroad. This is the oldest shop in Ekma. Now many shops have opened. That’s why Aamdhari has become famous for Dhala Peda. He told that milk and sugar are needed to make it. Peda is prepared from pure cow’s milk. At 9 in the morning, start boiling the milk on a low flame of wood. He told that once in a pan, 30 liters of milk is offered on the stove. In this, 10 to 12 kg of khoya comes out. Sugar and cardamom are mixed in it to prepare delicious Peda.

30 to 35 thousand business is done daily
Shopkeeper Nitesh Kumar Singh told that less sugar is used in making Peda. Peda is made delicious by adding cardamom. He told that a peda is sold for Rs 10 and Rs 360 per kg. In other auspicious works including marriage, people make pedas by giving orders. Whoever passes through this path, they do not forget to taste Peda. He told that earlier Dada was running this shop. After that father took over the shop and is now managing it himself.

There is a business of about 30 to 35 thousand daily. Means a business of about 10 lakhs every month. He said that being a rural area, pure milk is easily available. Due to which the quality of khoa remains better and people eat it with fervor.
