Scientists could not solve this mystery

This small hole remains a mystery even today for the scientists. To unravel the mystery of where the water of this river goes, scientists put ping-pong balls, colors, dyes and everything in that devil’s kettle to see where the water was going. However, so far no trick has worked to find out where the water has gone.

why is this hole called devil’s kettle

People call this small cave by names like Shaitan’s Kettle, Shaitan’s Kadhai or The Devil’s Kettle. But now the question arises that why such names have been given to this cave. Actually, centuries ago, when science had not developed so much, people used to associate all kinds of unique things with God and the devil. This is a small cave in which all the water of the river gets absorbed, so people call it the devil’s kettle which never fills.
