Jhansi: A strange case related to husband and wife has come to light in Jhansi, UP. Here the woman has refused to live with her husband. The woman says that she does not like her husband because he is dark-skinned. The case is from Lahchura police station area of Jhansi.
The whole case is that a woman from a village in Lahchura police station area suddenly disappears from her home. The husband works day and night to find her. When the wife finds her after 7 days, she refuses to live with her husband. The reason for her anger with the husband is that he is dark skinned.
The husband kept searching for 7 days
Dragpal, a resident of Lahchura Dam, was married to Jyoti of Rora village 6 years ago. There was a huge difference in the financial condition of both the families. On September 3, Jyoti suddenly went missing from home. Dragpal filed a missing person report at the police station. He told the police that money and jewellery were also missing from the house. When the police started searching, CCTV footage and call details revealed that Jyoti had left on a bike. Two young men were also seen with her.
I don’t like a dark-skinned husband
After a lot of efforts, Jyoti was found in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. When the police brought her to the police station, on questioning, she said that she does not want to live with her husband. She also accused her husband and in-laws of harassing her for dowry. She said that her husband is dark and dusky. That is why she does not like him. According to Lahchura police station in-charge Arun Tiwari, the woman has made serious allegations against her husband and she does not want to live with him.
Husband accused of blackmail
On the other hand, husband Dragpal says that Jyoti’s attitude was not good. She did not like the relatives. She wanted to get rid of the family. He alleged that Jyoti was demanding Rs 10 lakh. She had warned that if the money was not given, she would file a case against the entire family.
