During the wedding ceremony, the wife was dancing with other men on obscene songs. Seeing this, the husband, a retired soldier from the army and working in Dial 112, stopped his wife from dancing and stopped the DJ and moved on. The wife was very upset by this and she complained about it to her brother and father. The brother and father locked their son-in-law in the room and beat him up badly.
This entire case is from the Mojahidpur police station area of the district. Where a family from Mirzapur of Sabour had reached Mojahidpur for their brother-in-law’s wedding. During this, the wife of retired army soldier Roshan Ranjan was dancing with a stranger during the wedding ceremony, on which soldier Roshan stopped his wife from dancing and stopped the DJ and moved ahead. The wife got angry about this and complained about it to her father and brother. As soon as he reached home, the father and brother locked Roshan in the room and beat him badly.

When Roshan Ranjan was contacted over phone, he told that ‘My wife was dancing to obscene songs with another man. Then I said, why are you dancing to obscene songs. They both started arguing over this. As soon as I reached home, my father-in-law and brother-in-law locked me in a room and beat me up. When my son came to rescue me after seeing this, he was also beaten up. He told me that I am currently working in Dial 112 in Mojahidpur. So as soon as I called 112, my mobile was snatched. Not only this, when I took out my other mobile, they snatched that too. So that I could not go to the police station, even the tyres of my car were let out. I was injured at many places, so I somehow managed to get out and reached Mojahidpur police station, from there I was sent to the hospital through Dial 112.’ When City SP Mr. Raj was contacted, he said that no written complaint has been given. If a complaint is received, action will be taken.
