The woman remembers every incident of her life, even the time she spent in her mother’s womb; doctors are saying she has a disease!

You must have heard many such stories that someone remembers important things from his previous life. But have you heard about a person who remembers almost every incident of his current life? A woman claims that she can remember 95 percent of every incident that happened to her, including the incident of being in the womb. Scientists are calling it a rare disease.

Rebecca Sharrock, 34, lives with highly enhanced autobiographical memory (H-SAM), a neurological disorder that causes people to remember most of their lives in intricate detail. Rebecca is one of 62 people in the world with this medical condition.

Research says the earliest memory for the average person is around two and a half years old. For Rebecca, her earliest memory is from when she was just 12 days old. But she claims she can even remember being a fetus in her mother’s womb.

Despite needing treatment, Rebecca says she makes good use of it and has become fluent in two languages in the last 10 weeks. Rebecca, a writer and public speaker from Brisbane, Australia, says her mind can’t get over the rubbish of the past.

Rebecca wasn’t diagnosed with H-SAM until she was 21. She says she was told by doctors at age 16 that she had obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) because she replayed past experiences with extreme precision. But she didn’t actually have OCD.
