Rajkot’s well-known businessman and philanthropist Mauleshbhai Ukani has made a special plan to make his daughter’s engagement memorable. His daughter’s engagement is to take place on January 11. For this special occasion, he has established ‘Vrindavan Dham’ in an area of 12.5 acres, which is located at Ishwariya Dwarkadhish Farm, Kalwad Road.
A tree will be planted in the name of every guest
A tree will be planted in the name of each guest attending the engagement. Mauleshbhai said that around 5000 guests will attend the event and a tree will be planted in the name of each guest. The names of the guests will be written on the trees and full care will be taken of their care. The growth of trees will be recorded every three months and its information will be sent to the concerned guests.
Dhaja will come from Nathdwara
Mauleshbhai, who is the managing director of Bain Lab and president of Umiadham Sidsar, told Local 18, “Dhaja will be brought from Nathdwara in Rajkot between January 7-9, which will be installed in Vrindavan Dham. This dhaja will be the center of attraction for everyone.”
Unique message to save environment
Mauleshbhai said that planting trees is not just a custom, but a small effort towards saving the environment. He said, “Good and bad moments keep coming in life. If we plant a tree on every special occasion, it will help in saving the environment. If every person in Gujarat thinks like this, then 25 crore trees can be planted in a year. In the next five years this number can reach 125 crores, and Gujarat can become heaven.”
